SATTVA SCHOOL: ADVANCED STUDIES
300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Building on our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Sattva School is excited to announce Advanced Studies – our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training! This program, designed for yoga teachers and experienced practitioners, combines advanced workshops, mentorship, and a teacher community (sangha) to help you take your yoga practice and instruction to the next level.
Sattva School offers advanced workshops and weekend intensives on topics including advanced anatomy and advanced yoga philosophy. Advanced Studies students receive priority registration! See below for more information on workshop topics.
After registration, Advanced Studies students meet with lead teachers Kelly Watson, ERYT-500, and Meghan Leigh, LMT, ERYT-500, to share goals and develop a personalized study plan. Each student will be paired with a lead teacher, who will continue to check-in with the student to discuss progress and offer feedback and advice.
Teacher community (sangha)
Advanced Studies students will also become part of a teacher community (sangha), an opportunity to build relationships with fellow teachers as we learn and grow together. Sattva School will host private classes for the sangha led by a rotating teacher, followed by feedback and discussion.
Advanced Studies offers rolling admission and simple, pay-as-you-go pricing. Program hours include advanced workshops (priced per credit hour) as well as participation in practicum classes (included in program fee). Completion of the 300-hour program will take most students 2-4 years total, depending on frequency of attendance.
Program fee: $150 per year
Workshops: $15 per credit hour
(Monthly payment plans are available.)
